1. Fast cleansing for tired facial skin

6. Activate the lips

Tension also builds up in the lip area, especially because of all the things that we hold back and don’t say. Over time, this causes the lips to be pressed together and usually the chin as well. This leads to a stiff appearance.

If you relax the  lips, they will be more beautiful and voluminous.

After applying a moisturizing care product, cover the lips with one hand and then move them horizontally outwards.

So the whole area around the lips is massaged. This is where the first wrinkles tend to form. Do this exercise ten times with each hand.
