  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour (100 g)
  • 2 tbsp salt (30 g)
  • 1/4 glass of vegetable oil (50 ml)

  • To start, cut and wash the broccoli.
  • Then bring the water to a boil in a saucepan on medium heat. Once it boils, add the broccoli pieces and let them cook until tender. Then take them out of the pot and wait for them to cool down a bit.
