  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 800g onions
  • 1 can or bottle of beer (0.3l)
  • 150ml chicken broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 sprigs of thyme (or equivalent amount dried)
  • a heaping tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Pepper salt
